Separate written quotes, scopes of work or contracts may apply to services we provide and will take priority if there is any inconsistency.
2. Website information
Website content is general information only. Project requirements, site conditions, product suitability, availability, timing and pricing vary. You should not rely on website content as a final quotation, technical specification or substitute for an on-site assessment.
3. Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or require either party to proceed. A project is accepted only when the parties agree to the relevant scope, price and other terms in writing. Quotes may be subject to inspection, measurements, access, substrate condition, material selection and availability.
4. Services and variations
Services are provided according to the agreed written scope. Changes requested by the customer, concealed conditions, unsuitable substrates, additional preparation or work outside the agreed scope may require a written variation and additional charges. We will communicate material changes before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and reasonable site access, accurate project information, timely decisions and any agreed utilities, approvals or clearances. Customers should disclose known hazards, access restrictions and relevant work by other trades.
6. Timing and delays
Any timing estimate is based on information available at the time. Weather, site readiness, variations, material availability, other trades and events outside reasonable control may affect commencement or completion. We will communicate significant delays where reasonably practicable.
7. Pricing, payment and cancellation
Project prices, deposits, progress payments, due dates and any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice or contract. Unless expressly stated, website content is not a fixed-price offer.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Services supplied to consumers come with guarantees including that they will be provided with due care and skill and, where applicable, be fit for a disclosed purpose and supplied within a reasonable time.
